3.1 Listing Requirements: Food truck owners must maintain current licenses, permits, and insurance as required by local, state, and federal regulations.

3.2 Accuracy: All listing information, including menus, prices, hours, and locations, must be accurate and updated regularly.

3.3 Verification: We reserve the right to verify business information and may remove listings that fail to meet our standards or verification requirements.

3.4 Content Ownership: Food truck owners retain ownership of their submitted content but grant FoodTrucks2U.com a license to display and promote their listings on the Platform.

4.1 Third-Party Transactions: FoodTrucks2U.com is a platform connecting customers with food trucks. All transactions, bookings, and payments occur directly between customers and food truck owners.

4.2 No Commission: We do not take commission on sales or bookings made through our Platform.

4.3 Disputes: Any disputes regarding transactions, quality of service, or cancellations must be resolved directly between the customer and food truck owner. FoodTrucks2U.com is not liable for such disputes.

5.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans for food truck owners. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.

5.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to current subscribers.

6.1 Review Guidelines: Reviews must be honest, relevant, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

6.2 Content License: By submitting reviews or other content, you grant FoodTrucks2U.com a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content.

6.3 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-generated content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

7.1 Platform Ownership: FoodTrucks2U.com and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

8.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

9.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property rights and liability limitations) will remain in effect.

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
